1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional discounts are non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories and stitched items cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@zeecollectionsltd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please contact our support team.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 working days with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Stitched/altered suits.
  • Damaged suit.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
