1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We also offer delivery to BFPO and PO Box addresses through Royal Mail.

2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We use the following trusted courier services:

  • Hermes
  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – Free of charge
  • Express Shipping – Available for an additional cost

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Premium or Fast-Track orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • We offer same-day dispatch for eligible orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 working days.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery (time frame depends on the courier service).
  • Pre-Orders: If an item is on pre-order, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery.

5. Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Available within Birmingham and nearby areas.
  • In-Store Pickup: Customers can buy online and pick up their order from our store at 696 Stratford Road, Birmingham, B11 4AT, UK.

6. Tracking Your Delivery

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
    • You can track your order anytime by logging into the 'My Account' section on our website and checking your Order History.
    • You can also click on the provided tracking link to check your order’s status on our courier’s website.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days.
  • We will initiate a claim with the courier, which may take up to 28 days.
  • Once the claim is accepted, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Please note, Zee Collections. is not responsible for parcels lost/damaged in transit if the courier rejects the claim.

8. Orders Requested to be Left in a Safe Location

  • Customers can request their parcel to be left in a safe place.
  • Such requests must be made immediately after placing the order.

Disclaimer: Any orders left in a safe location at the customer's request are at the customer’s own risk. Zee Collections. will not be liable for lost or damaged items in such cases.

9. Service Interruptions & Delays

  • In some cases, orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume).
  • If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting our support team.
  • If your order is still not received after 10 working days, please reach out to us for further assistance.
